A $10 billion bond alone won’t fix California schools so districts weigh local options (LAist)

California is poised to pass Proposition 2, which would give California public schools a $10 billion construction bond, but the extent of damage due to aging is so great that districts must also look at local options for local funding.
“We are constantly trying to catch up and do the best to make sure that our students have safe, clean facilities at the very minimum,” said Superintendent Gudiel Crosthwaite.
